How It Works When Referring A Tenant

We offer 30% of the first month’s rent commission for both MLS members and non-MLS Realtors who show the property to their client and successfully bring us a tenant that is approved and moved in. The tenant must complete our online application and provide all required documentation. Payment is issued after the tenant has taken possession of the home. Please call for additional details.

Our Guarantee:

We value our agent partnerships and make sure your efforts are protected. When your client is approved and placed in one of our properties, you’ll receive the agreed-upon compensation. And if your client is ready to purchase a home down the road, we’ll send them back to you so you can represent them in that transaction

The Fine Print:

  1. Your referral must be a tenant referral that we have not already approached!
  2. All referral payments will be made to the supervising Broker for distribution.
  3. All agents must complete the referral submission forms:
    1. TXR Form 2002
    2. TXR Form 1417
    3. Your Brokers W-9 for funds distribution.
    4. Please send all forms to

Checks will only be made payable to your Broker per Texas Real Estate Commission rules.
